    "New" oem radio

The PO had a hideous deck in the car when I bought it and it was stolen a couple of weeks after I bought the car. As with everything else, the install was a hack job. Anyway, I got my hands a factory deck (one with the pyramid switch). It apears that my car (1990 325is) had premium sound (door tweeters) and the sweet dash fader switch. My intent is to install the new head unit with a new 4 channel amp and (eventually) new speakers. I am looking so suggestions on how to make the connection to the signal ports.
Also, I need some clarification on some things (I know, I know... get out the multi meter...) The configuration at the back of the stereo doesnt quite match with any of the diagrams I have found...
    (dis)confirm/clarify:

    Yellow - memory power (constant)
White - Lights on input (illumination)
    white/brown - ?
    blue/grey - ?
    G - ground
+ - power (switched with ignition)
PA - switched power to amp and antenna
