Fittment of custom Work CR01 Wheels

I have been looking for wheels for my E30 323i Baur for over a year now and have decided to custom make a set of Work CR01's.
If you were custom making a set of 16x9 square setup what is the perfect offset and tyre combo. I have researched and found +10 offset is pretty much where its at.
Does anyone else have any more info?


Also the car in this photo is pretty much the perfect setup im looking for does anyone have any info on it?
