Spark Plugs-Injectors & Air flow Rebuild

My 318is has sat for almost 2 years. Running ok though..idle a little rough. I am going to change fuel filter, clean icv and run new plugs. Real OEM has a new listing on plugs. NGK BKR6EQUP
Was curious to what plugs to run. I've always had good luck with NGK. I think I have them in now.
Engine is mostly stock less then 30K Eric Kerman rebuild with some slight mods and runs strong. Also I think I'd like to get my injectors checked or get new ones. ( body has 300k on it) and possible air flow sensor rebuilt. Thanks in advance. Where do I go for injectors and air flow rebuild since they both have over 300k on them.

    Thanks in advance.

I use the 2 prong NGK-BKR6EK, about $10 cheaper a set and runs fine. It was the recommended plug at the time. The BKR6EQUP looks to be a 4 prong update. I've used Witch hunter in the past but there are less expensive alternatives that can be found here on R3V. I also believe Greg of BavRest does air flow sensors and clusters.
