!Help! Need help with my 2.7i

Hi guys, i just got done installing my 2.7i in my 86es and we have got it running but it wont hold an idle and will not rev when the gas pedal is hit or even when you use the butterfly. We ran the codes and at first had the ICV and the TPS backwards but after that there are no codes. i tried with a different ECU and still the same. Timing is right and all that has been checked. It stumbels around and surges like crazy.

Any advice would be great.

If it runs but won't rev or idle, what exactly does it do ?

Are you using a stock ecu and injectors ?
