Hey R3V-
Up for sale is something that doesn't pop up very often- a nice 325iX manual swap kit.
This car was enthusiast owned and was very well taken care of. It came apart like butter because the system was serviced recently. Everything was freshly greased, clutch is fresh, fluid was brand new, etc.
VC was tested before I pulled it and is very tight.
The car was said to have 150K on it, but I cannot verify this other than observations made when working with the parts. The trans shifts very smoothly through all gears. Linkage isn't loose and gross like most of these, but I would still spend a few bucks and grab bushings for the linkage. Transfer case splines are in very good shape.
The only leak that I noticed was the shift selector seal which should always be replaced on any manual swap.
Included in the swap are the following things:
-325iX Manual Transmission and Transfer Case with tested working VC
-Single Mass Flywheel in good shape, would get it deglazed
-Newer Sachs Pressure Plate and Clutch. Clutch in good shape but would get a new disc for peace of mind
-Manual Clutch and Brake pedals, neutral safety switches, and pedal assembly through bolt.
-Bottom Bellhousing Piece
-Clutch Master Cylinder
-Slave Cylinder (used)
-Shift carrier, linkage, shifter, etc.
-Manual trans starter plate
-Manual Starter (untested, spins freely)
-Manual 3.91 diffs front and rear in good working order
-Bagged and tagged bolts for bellhousing, flywheel, pressure plate, etc
-New Pilot bearing and cover, as well as a new rear trans shaft seal (I think it's the right one, p/n 23121205342)
I tried to save everything from this car. I think the only thing I don't have is the small hard line that comes out of the clutch master.
I'm asking $1500 for everything, picked up in 46013.
I'm not interested in shipping. I am pretty firm on this price because these swaps are getting harder and harder to find, especially in good shape. If you have any questions, let me know!
