FS- 91 318is slicktop ---- Delaware

I'm looking to sell my 91 318is. Delaware inspected until 2/18.

The good;

Slicktop
Runs great
New bilstein shocks
New muffler
New e90 drophats
New zimmerman rotors and pagid pads
New taillight and truck gaskets.
Clutch is nice and tight.

The bad;

-Paint on hood and fenders is peeling, the rest of the car could use a clay bar treatment.
-Needs gas tank replaced (have a new tank). Hole at very top, i just fill it half way for now.
-battery box rust and rot at very corner of passenger side footwell, from improper jacking in past.
- could probably use a valve cover gasket change.
-power steering rack is shot, i have a z3 rack and power steering delete kit ready to go in.
-just cracked the windshield today from a pebble.

Thanks guys. Odometer tells me lies of 199097 but then it went all e30. So i know it has over that.
