    Ecu adapt

I just wanted to share an observation about my stock engine 325es.I have been working on various issues with the car since I bought it two years ago.One issue that has bothered me from the beginning was that after all the work done my low 100.00 miles new car was not as responsive as my 375,00 old car, this has gone on for months .About two weeks ago and numerous trips in the last five months ,putting on close to 2,000 miles my car has suddenly for no apparent reason and no work having been done, now is really peppy and has the torque I am used to in my other car,it seems to be getting better daily ,acts like it can now breathe and has an unrestricted exhaust system .The only thing I can point to is that the ecu has adapted to my driving and the other parameters that impact the engine management .Needless to say I am very happy about this change and my car is more enjoyable to drive.
