Hard question since everyone's e30 needs different things. But perhaps new emblems, euro stuff (analog clock, check panel, cluster, trim) car waxing junk, driving loves, mtech wallet or key chain! Or sweet shift knob, floor mats...

Zhp shift knob its around $70 so it's not an immediate buy for a e30 owner but everyone would love one.

                        1) The BMW e30 prints from this etsy store are very nice: http://www.etsy.com/shop/ManualDesigns?ref=top_trail

                        2) Any vintage looking BMW keychain like this one: http://szhtxlg.en.ec21.com/BMW_Key_C...1_4716433.html

                        3) Driving gloves (I have a pair of the cheap ones, love them): http://leatherglovesonline.com/np/Me...#section=start

                        4) Gift card for ECSTuning, Turner Motorsport, Pelican Parts (any major parts distributor).

                        5) Any BMW swag: Hat, license plate frames (if he doesn't already have some). Don't buy him a travel mug, e30s don't have cup holders. http://www.amazon.com/BMW-Roundel-Ca...ywords=bmw+hat

                        6) Build him a detail kit with with some Vinylex, micro fibre towels, wheel spray, stuff like that. Try to find out if he's already using a specific brand then go to that manufacturer to get the items.

                        7) Uncut master keys. http://www.amazon.com/BMW-Genuine-Ma...64530&sr=1-191

                        8) Glovebox flashlight (OEM item is hard to find). Or a nice flashlight because really... he's going to use it.

                        9) Any euro stuff he doesn't already have (find it from someone here on R3v): euro (german) check panel, plate filler, grills, clock or 6/13-Button OBC.

                        10) Touch up paint in his car's color.

                        11) AAA membership. (Not entirely joking...)
the AAA is really perfect. the peace of mind you get is amazing. since oilpans tend to, you know, crack and what not.

Small LED flashlight for the glovebox, shift knob, stickers (e30 related), detailing kit, wax, BMW floor mats, keyless entry, aftermarket speakers, you could do a photo shoot on/with his car for his eyes only. Husco arm rest/cup holder, favorite air freshener, shift boot/e brake boot set, center caps, map light mirror, e30 e30 m3 model kit, e30 t shirts/hoodies. Puma Motorsport shoes. Detail the hell out of his car, dress up like a track girl and give him some RP action in the car. Pedal kits/sets. M tech 2 steering wheel/any wheel he's mentioned liking. A sandwich. Half a hand job and stick of gum. I'm out of ideas

+1 on the emblems and roundels.

Also gift cards to Bavarian Autosport or Pelican or some other parts website. (Blunt, maybe?)

Surely there is something he or she is always complaining about not having when you are with him or her in the car. Just buy that (within price range).
