Cluster, Radio, OBC, Heater control randomly stop working

So the Cluster, Radio, OBC, Heater control randomly stop working. On the way to work this morning everything worked, but then stopped working again. Also the headlights stopped working as well. Any advice on where to start?? I checked all the fuses last night and none were bad.

So i went outside to check this out real quick. When I start the car everything inside the car works (I.E. OBC, Radio, Cluster, etc) when I put load on the system (turn the headlight switch on or turn on the blower motor) everything dies. The relays near the airbox and strut tower (under the black cover) got wet last night and that's when the problem started. One of those relay's is the "main relay". Could this be the issue?

So pretty much the car runs but nothing else is working.

Start by replacing all fuses related to those circuits. Using a 30 year old fuse will cause problems.
