    here's James May explaining the issue in an interview. It had to do with the Argentinians assuming the number plates on one of the cars was a slight towards the Falklands war.

                Properly excited. I'm not gonna start it until I get through rewatching the previous seasons though. I figure that will stave off the inevitable withdrawals that come after the end of each episode and worse yet at the end of each season. Now if I could only pace myself...
