Anyone able to upload some images of their sunroof alignment? I know its supposed to be 1mm below the skin at the front and 1mm higher at the rear, but I would like to see what the corners and sides look like at this point. I feel like I'm chasing my tail as I was sure I had the sides perfect, I raised the rear up and now my sides are all higher than the roof skin.
So at the moment the front is level, but the front corners dip 1mm, the sides raise up to 1mm higher in the centre and the center rear is raised as well as the corners
Im trying to picture it with the felt on the sunroof as It may provide a smooth transition... very important I get this right, I dont want my eye drawn to an indifference every time I wash my car but I don't want to me chasing something I cant get perfect because its the way it is.
Ive put a new sunroof cartridge in it so its not your usual alignment. The sides and front changed a bit so Im trying to get it back to where it is from factory
LHF - 1mm lower
RHF - 1mm lower
LHR - 1mm higher
RHR - 1mm higher
RIGHT SIDE - 1mm Higher
LEFT SIDE - 1mm Higher
FRONT EDGE CENTRE - Level
REAR EDGE CENTER - 1mm higher
