1) Some Avatars could not be uploaded, please reupload them to the server
2) Search Index is rebuilding as we speak, so search will be down until that is done (few hours
3) Custom Titles were lost, if you had one before (i will check the old forum so don't lie) I will be glad to put it back for you.

Just to get this out of the way...

James has been working on this since, well, a really long time. Good work man. Its going to take some getting used to for most of us, but it deffinately IS an improvement. hats off, thumbs up

I have a suggestion, its kinda buggin me, but its 2 things, i dont know if you can change them or what flexibility you have but; here they go
1. The Username stuff is like really big, like the avatar section, its kindof hard to read all the posts when you have the user info inbetween every post.
2. It seems as if the actual forum section is a lot narrower than the screen, theres a lot of border around the edges. I guess they are both a personal thing, but maybe somebody else will feel the way I do.

I need those two magic buttons: "view your posts" and "view posts since your last visit".

It looks like bf.c and s14.net had sex. Not sure if thats a good thing though. We need a new logo asap, it looks hideous now.

I'm so lost...

Edit: I just read Kyle's post above mine and agree with the user info. I'd prefer it back on the side so the posts are easier to read. No reason it needs to be that huge.

More editing: a "back to top" button in each post needs to be put back in. And what cars we drive should be added to each user's profile next to our posts.

I'd like to get the forum set ot the standard style of the username/avatar/posts/location on the left colum, like it used to be. I also agree on the narrow thing, I am not digging the borders on the sides either. But as said, this is a start, and a great start. This new software kicks ass.

I was going to just quote what Kyle said, but under the new format that's not possible. It says : "The message you have entered is too short. Please lengthen your message to at least 10 characters." So that is just one more thing I would like to see changed.

Also, I tried to upload my old avatar and it states that 20000bytes is too big a file. Can we up the restrictions there a bit?

AND can we spruce up the home page while we're at it. That white page with a little line drawing is a bit weak compared to what lies inside. It just needs an update too.

Same as many above:

1. Don't like the user info bar that stretches all the way across each post - put it on the left if you can; and
2. Need "view posts since your last visit" option; and
3. The width with the funky bars on the side is not pleasant - make it fill the screen width.

Yeah it's nearly impossible to view this forum without that feature.

I really appreciate the extra space for private messages, and I'm sure being able to upload images will be very helpful for me. I just don't see what was wrong with the forum before.

Hey James... as a fellow webmaster I can only ponder at the amount of coffee/mt. dew/cocaine you went through to keep yourself energized to pull all of this off in a weekend. Way to go!

The color scheme seems a little funky, but aside from that the main comments above are pretty close to what needs to be done:

1) User info panels need modifying
2) Forum borders have got to go

What is that actual avatar size, or what is it going to be? Foamy looks a little warped on the old style 100x80... and Rob's doggie avatar looks all screwed up. Also, where is my smily preview table... that thing was invaluable.
