Crazy fins!! Those long winters really make some cool stuff happen in garages.
This thing is probably cleaner than the sport evo in the BMW museum, and that thing only had about 2000km on it, same color too.

Would be a shame if this one was put into a museum though.

Well... I'm sorry, but this car is not Evo II ;)

So with the refresh on the engine and suspension, how does it compare to where she was in terms of responsiveness?

For example, do you feel a 20% improvement in horsepower? Just wondering what a rebuilt s14 really feels like when put together like this.

With all the decades, I would think the difference is as noticeable as the cosmetics :)

Some updates for here. Although the car has been running almost for two years, there is always something that can be renewed. There was nothing wrong with the original throttle bodies in mechanically. Only a little oxidation, which was extracted by soda blasting. I was never entirely happy with the result. Something in them was just not right. But, when the opportunity came to buy new ones... You know what's going on

So, now I can finally get that little mistake out of the sight corrected. New trumpets also came at the same time. Of course, bodies are 48mm, as it should.
