Early model fuel pump upgrade options

Would the stock early model in tank fuel pump supply enough fuel to a surge tank with a high flow/high pressure external pump?

It will work. Just make sure you purchase an authentic 044 pump and not the cheaper knock off ones.

Adding an adjustable fuel pressure regulator would make a big difference also.

where do you recommend to find a authentic 044?
