How old is the average E30 driver?

Was 17 when I got my first one and had two more until I was 19. Can't wait until I can get back into them when I have my own spot in a few years if they aren't $15k by then!

24, found my red car when I was 14 (saved it from the crusher), ended up with it again at 18. The only car I will never sell. Countless other e30s in between then and now

I'm new here and I notice a wide spectrum of ages, which is a good thing. Being 40 myself, I feel like I might be on the old side, but at the same time I see that there are 50+ year olds on here, which is another good thing! Anyway, just wondering what the age group is like.

I'm going to be 49 this August and I have owned my e30 now for 17 years. I have owned probably 15 other BMW's (a few I should have held on to). First BMW I bought was a 74 2002 auto.

When I started driving - E30 were still in production..

Sad thing is, my first car at 16, a '67 Nova, was newer than my oldest E30 is now. Time really does make fools of us all - as you get older you realize this more and more.
