The 325i got crashed into today =/

I was heading to get my oil changed before work. a nasty set of circumstances later and I'm left with some decent damage. Blood, sweat, and tears are into this car.

I seem to be alright although I keep hearing the day after the accident is when you feel it in your back and neck.








Luckily I got some dashcam footage of it for your entertainment.

You'll notice I yell out license plates. I yell them both out incorrect, probably due to adrenaline of being in my first accident. If my dashcam didn't record with such quality and both drivers decided to leave I'd be S.O.L.

Include the recipts for the suspension stuff when you submit a report to the insurance company. It was purchased for the car, and now you can't use it on that car, I'd say it's a loss. It might also up the chances of them fixing it.

These recordings are going be more common. Good for you to have this in your arsenal. Good thing too shows dude driving like an ass leading to the crash. No speeds but can be determined from a video analysis. Let us know how it works out.

I've been scared of the "2-people-merging-into-the-center-lane-at-the-same-time" crash for a while. I won't even change lanes if there's a car in the next lane over, because of what the aggressive civic guy did. And I surely never pass on the right unless absolutely necessary.
