Late Model Rear Door Regulator Removal

My rear window motor is shot and I need to pull it.

It's not in the Bentley - only covers early regulators

I got all the bolts off except for one that connects to the window. I can't get it off. Unlike earlier models, the window cannot be moved manually. Previous threads don't have an answer. Google is useless. What am I missing?
