Who should I move in with???

I'm at a debacle right now R3V.
I am moving here soon and I have 2 options...both of which are better than my current living situation.

Option 1:
2 other male roomates around the same age (23-25). $550 month, large room, 420 friendly, gamers, pool, 6 miles from work. They go out to bars and sound like they'd be fun to hang out with.
Perks: GARAGE!!!!!!!! I have a motorcycle and I'm worried about where I'm going to be leaving my bike at night.
Cons: Not hot females as in option 2.

Option 2:
2 females, 26, really hot. $650 month, very...very small room, not 420 friendly, not gamers, pool, 15 miles from work. They both work at bars have a huge social circle.
Perks: They're hot as fug! Single, and are, as the owner said, "open minded to anyone that comes in". Place is furnished by females so it looks good.
Cons: NO GARAGE, PRACTICALLY NO PARKING SPACE, EXTREMELY SMALL ROOM, CAN'T WORK ON CAR OR MOTORCYCLE, MAY HAVE TO DEAL WITH DRAMA W/ BOYFRIENDS IN FUTURE, FURTHER FROM WORK, PRICIER FOR LESS SPACE.

Logically I'm leaning towards the male room mates, it's just more economically friendly and have 2 other guys I can hang out with that are similar to me....but the guy part of me, since the girls contacted me from a craigslist ad, is screaming to move in with the girls.

Which should I take?

^^^ That's my problem lol It'd be different if I CONTACTED THEM...but they got ahold of me and really want me to move in. Here's why it's complicated...2 rooms, 3 females. 2 of them are best friends and sleep in the same room, the third is in what would be my room. I have to leave my current place before the room is available. I mentioned this to the 2 friends that sleep together and they said..."well we wouldn't have a problem if you slept in our room until the other is open".8)8)8)8)8)

When I talked to the girls they were both cool as hell. Either way, I'm better off than now.

Ill probably take the 1st option, but not 100% sure.

Setup for option 1, but take the offer of staying at option 2 early. Plug them both the first weekend, leave Monday morning for option 1.
