I still vote for a staggered tire size. 195/45-16 fronts, this way you can slam the front and tuck tire while keeping your ballsy +3mm offset.

I think someone here on r3v sells 4x100-5x120 adaptors that are only 18mm thick, so that would leave you with ET5.

Not really much of a difference, but every little bit helps.

OP, how is the ride/drivability? I want to run Style 5s as well but am still 4-lug and have access to a set for cheap. Still not sure on which tire size to go with.

Another question for the OP... did you paint your front lip with the sunrise red that I read about on the forum?

Yeah, everything that Josh said. 205/45 is a great outside diameter for a lowered E30. I'm running 205/45/16 Front and 225/40/16 rear. I love the way they fit.

                              Also in for pictures!!
                              hahah

My review/search for best adapter e38 style 5 setup:
                              - 18mm adapters
                              - 205/45/16 wheels

                              1) does that require fender rolling?
                              2) do coilovers vs springs make any difference here?
