I just recently had this problem with my car. I had a clunk or bump going over bumps and both low and high speeds.
First guess would be the rear shock mounts. (the rubber gets old and seperates from the metal sleeve inside causing the rubber to bang against the sheet metal on your car where it should be attached.) Tear out the interior in the trunk and just take a look at the shock mounts. When I did this, the left mount was literally sitting an inch higher than the right side. So, I am going to replace both mounts. Those shock mounts can go bad in a year.

Could be the trailing arm bushings too

Heard that before, I'm contemplating threading the end of the bar, so I can screw a nut on it to prevent that. Just don't have a steady hand with a tap and die set.
