    Dennis' Cirrus Blue E30

    I bought this E30 on BaT a few months ago and have been enjoying the hell out of it since! I got some awesome pictures this past weekend at an autocross event of it so I figured I'd start a thread :)

    Nice, love the color (since mine is the same) in fact I also have an S52 swap. I need to put my own Build thread together.

        Thanks! I haven't done quite enough, we have a CA plate and temporary operating permit but the car isn't actually totally registered yet.

            Funny you should ask -- I have no idea!! I just noticed a couple days ago when I was looking at pictures from autocross. I had to double check old pictures to see if I actually had it on delivery and I did. Maybe someone stole it off my car when it was parked

            Also, bonus video of autox shenanigans :D

                Nice! Cirrusblau is one of the best e30 colours :D

                (well - I could be biased as I have one too!)

                  I found the two previous owner's threads on here after some stalking :)

                          ~6 month update! Bavarian Motorsports just finished some work on the car and it feels much more solid now!
                          * New wiring to front radiator fan (PO had installed some very thin gauge wire that melted!)
                          * Garagistic reinforced front subframe (with control arm ball joint reinforcement)
                          * Rear diff oil leak
                          * New motor mounts
                          * Reattached center exhaust hagner
                          * New rear springs

                          :)

                            What motor mounts did you go with? changed just the rear springs? Different rate?

                              Motor mounts were cracking and one of the rear springs was broken, we just replaced with the same parts (OEM motor mounts)
