I quit for 1.5 years. Then Started again. Quit for 1 year. Then started again. Quit for 6 months. Now I smoking again.
See the pattern there. I suck. The nicoderm patches did help me though, they are great.

Month and a half in, still using the Ego (Lower nicotine content now). Grandpa passed away today.

No cigarettes needed! (Sad, but happy....)

Good job, that's an awesome feat, in 3 days you will be 2 weeks smoke free! That's such a huge accomplishment for a smoker :)

It's been since new years eve for me too. Cold turkey is the way to do it, it's rough but if u can do it there's no reason you can't stick with it, unfortunately when I need to smoke something it's now the tires on the e30 and I dont have that many tires left lol

                    Nice man - good work.

I quit chewing ~3 moms ago. This kind of thing is hard to quit, so props to you.

Last week I told myself I want to quit, I'm 22 and have been smoking for 5 years. I lasted for about 36 hours. A pack generally lasts me 2-2.5 days.

IMHO there's really no reason to ever stop. Less health risks than tobacco and it helps with tons of stuff.

Good to hear it helps you with your meds.
