    Don't buy a used driveshaft off craigslist unless you can verify the condition. I'm usually all for used parts. But you might be putting a worse condition drive shaft in. And while it's not the biggest deal in the world, I wouldn't want to do it twice. If you're not willing to pony up $500 for a reman, just replace the CSB. A CSB failing is a sign of the driveshaft u joint failing. You can put in a fresh CSB and you'll probably be ok for a few years. After that, the failing u-joint will have stressed it enough that'll fail again. CSBs are fairly inexpensive though.
