    Eta ecu

I have an 88' 325e (production month 11/87). I am trying to determine what ECU i have. I know 87 is a weird year, I'm not near my car to go physically check. Vin is WBAAB6406J8227611. If you can help, thank you.

EDIT: didnt read. hop on bmwfans.info or realoem and use your vin to check it out. I just checked it out and it was saying after 12' 86 they all use the same

I would love too, but my car is 5 hours away via I80.

If you have an 88 model, it should be a "super eta" motor. That motor takes a "154" ECU. The 154 ECU is unique to that particular engine and year.
