3 fuel pumps 3 regulators same problem

Car went to shop I guess the fuel pressure was too high and fouling the plugs. Put 2 new fuel pumps and regulator in, car ran fine for a week. Got gas, gas shooting out of the regulator and into the intake manifold. Back in shop, replaced fuel pump and regular again, no change this time. Shop doesn't want to deal with it anymore and I do not blame them. What in the world can be the problem?

    Thank you

Sounds like the return line to the tank is blocked.

^ This! The first thing I would do is check for a clogged return line. Check visually to see if there are any bent, kinked, or crushed metal fuel lines under the car. Take off the return hose at the tank and put it into a jug. Start the car or jump the fuel pump relay and measure how much gas you get. The minimum delivery rate is 30 oz. in 30 seconds.

If that shop can't diagnose a clogged return line i would also find yourself a new shop.
