I was about to add in my build thread how much I love this towel but I figured I'd just type up a product review instead.
I've owned the chemical guys mammoth towel for over a year now and I have nothing but good things to say about it. What is it? Basically its a
Gigantic Microfiber Drying Towel.
When I wash my e30 I typically wash my dads Jeep while I'm at it and I can honestly say I hardly ever have to wring out this towel. It just keeps absorbing, and absorbing, and absorbing. The best part is once you're done with drying you just hang it up to dry out for next time. This weekend I buffed my e30 and really put the towel to the test. I ended up washing my car three times within two hours to remove compound residue and sanded clear coat particles. I made it through two washes flawlessly as usual, on the third time I had to wring out the towel halfway through to finish the doors and fenders. I believe that was the first time I had to really wring out the towel. I have confidence this towel can take on two suburbans easily. Why am I writing this review? I wish someone told me this product was out there earlier on. No more flaking chamois or wringing out smaller microfiber towels. The convenience of drying the whole car quickly and effortlessly is worth every penny to me.
