I've successfully used freeze 12 in one of my early model e30's in an old r12 system like that. Works well too. No need for r134a conversion !

Hey guys, sorry, no updates as of yet. Combination of other projects, and waiting to hear back on a part from a member so I can get things ordered and rolling. Had planned to attend a local concours d'elegance (reffered by FL318is) in October, might knock out a lot of things out to be prepared. Can't wait for her to be a road warrior once again :).

-Also, forgot to mention. PO passed away a couple of weeks ago :( . Sadly I never was able to meet back up with him to hear more stories and learn a bit more history on the Alpina. Here is a photo of the car next to his e23 circa early-mid 90's iirc.. May he rest in peace.

that's the PO, not the current owner/OP.

Last I heard they still have it.

Alpina E30 sales have been rather quiet lately, not a whole lot of transactions happening and people are tending to hold on to them for awhile longer.
