Update: a potential buyer had the car sent to a local BMW specialty shop (Carroll Autowerks) to have an inspection done. The buyer passed on the car, however I did call and speak with the owner and gentleman who worked on my car.
He agreed that its not getting oil pressure, my head is very dry. In his experience, he says the oil pumps don't really fail. He believes the oil pump intermediate shaft failed. Obviously he couldn't give my any more details than that because he didn't tear into it.
I just wanted to update everyone interested.

Update:
This is now being sold as a parts car. $400 - I just want it out of my driveway.
Long story short, I have a title from USAA (my insurance). They titled it in their name as rebuildable, not rebuilt. The state of Florida DMV says its about a 3 week process to have it titled as "rebuilt" in my name, but it has to be inspected. The inspection place is an hour away and with it not running, I would have to tow it. Its not worth it to me.
Selling as is for parts. If interested, hit me up
