Correct Metal Front Panel for ES/IS front valance

I have search a lot and made an expensive mistake and I need your help.

I have a 1984 318i. I want the es/is lip to fit perfectly. The original metal front panel is different from the es/is and the mounting brackets for the valence did not line up. So I went to the dealer and bought the front panel but it seems like it is the wrong one.

What is the part number of the front panel that I need? It needs to be for diving boards and I want the lower mounting points for the brackets.

Here and image, hope it makes sense.

I have this metal frount panel, but now I cannot installed my back trims around my metal bumper.

You have all the right mounting points for the plastics. It’s the little white plastic screw holes below your markings.

That said, my question is what sequence do you mount the is lip and metal bumper back on? I mounted everything on except the bumper and now I cannot bolt it back up.
