What to upgrade while 5-speed/diff swapping

So my auto E30 is finally getting a 5-speed and 4.10 LSD swap soon. I’m wondering what else I should take care of while I’m in there that would be much more difficult/inconvenient to do any other time.

So far I’m thinking shifter bushings, tranny mount, diff mount, speed sensor (not difficult but still).

You may want to consider a 3.73 LSD if you want to daily the car.

I would replace the rear subframe and trailing arm bushings, and while everything is apart might as well replace the rear wheel bearings and perhaps some upgraded brake lines. In regards to the rear wheel bearings, I’d pay a machine shop to press out the old bearings and press in the new set, they could also press out the trailing arm bushings. I spent $120 for all of that work, best $120 I ever spent.

And heck, replace everything you can afford while you’re at it.

Anything rubber that you pull apart, inspect it, and if its hard to get to replace with new rubber, if its easy to get to and it looks pretty good put it back again.
