Gonna atempt e36 front bumper on my 85 318i!! (pics on pg 3)

Got the bumper already from a black 98 325i. Peicing together front plastic valence/bumper proves to be a little expensive for me. I got the bumper for $40 with a Reiger Infinity Lip.

So far it fits alright, im gonna start cutting and refabing mounts tommorow. It didnt come with the Re-bar, but im gonna cut the stock metal bumper as form it into a rebar. It will involve cutting it A LOT thinner lenghtwise (pax to driver side) and cutting it before it curves into the fenders.

I know some may think its a horrbile idea but i dont see how ppl say its so hard to fit. It wont be the hardest thing ive done, but will require some time.

Seriously, what a waste. If you want to do something cool, try an ///M E36 front bumper, and try it on a car that has something better than a Eta motor. You should just sell the bumper for a profit and call it a day

dosnt look bad, but its deffently a downgrade, it makes the front end look boring

Haha, way out of place. Barf. I know I drive one but Jesus Harold Christ, do all eta owners have the strangest taste in mods? Just save the damn money and get a different ride if you want to mod something that is worth it.

but yeah i knew most wouldnt think it wasnt a good idea, but what till its done.

and to the comment about the bumper bending inward, yeah i didnt like it, but with the Reiger Lip it should help to offset that inward bend (if you know what i mean)

and to tell you the truth, im riding around with no early valence (damn raccoon), just the metal bumper, so lol i had to do something quick.
