    Differential Cover hex bolts

My differential cover was cracked while replacing the bushing. The part number of the cover is 33111210431. I managed to get the upgraded cover to replace it,part #33112228335.

My question , are the hex bolts which secure the cover the same size for both? Both covers line up with the holes on the differential, but my original cover is shallower.

Need to know what sizes hex bolts they are for 33112228335 if they are not the sameClick image for larger version

Did you try to press in an aftermarket Corteco bushing by any chance?

IIRC, 4 or 6 of the bolts are longer.

You can figure it out in less time than it takes me to type this-

see how far the fasteners protrude through the original cover,
then measure the thickness of the new cover, and go find bolts that will stick out
as much as the old ones do.

      done.
