How can I tell the gear ratio of my LSD?

My 88 super eta came w/ an optional LSD as stated by the VIN and also on the original import documents.

The decoded VIN says Limited Slip Differential (25%).

    Any thoughts?

stick your head under the car and look for a little metal tag on the differential itself.

if you have an LSD there will be an "S" on the tag, followed by the ratio.

ie, S364 = 3.64:1 ratio with an LSD.

of course 1988 was 29yrs ago, so anything could be swapped in or out of the car.

Does it spin both wheels like an LSD?

IIRC, 2.93 was the stock gearing for the 88 325 super eta.
