      That doesn't look safe at all.
      The drill is safe and is very common in the wheel industry. You would only run into a problem if the center bore of the wheel is bigger( 73.1) closer to the lug holes. Maybe then it might be a problem but in this case there is no need to worry:D

                              I used 3mm spacer up front to clear the brake calipers. I would use 5mm spacer instead of 3.
