Looking to turbo e30

Guys need help I’m looking to turbo my E30 with a M20 engine I looked at KA Motors that sells a whole turbo kit for 3,400 but people been telling me I can turbo it for less

Its a little outdated because megasquirt is the way to go now a days but still some great info
