new to me 89 325is turbo

i just bought this car. after owning 5,6 and 7 cars this is my first 3. very happy so far. i would like to do some more upgrades. the wheels/tire are first i think, they are stock and not in great shape. what are you guys running i want a nice ride with great handling. then i dont know i will love some suggestions

What style of wheel are you looking for? 5 spoke, multi spoke, basket weave? Most people run a 15 or 16in wheel on non //M e30s. You can fit 17s but I hear the ride decreases, I have never owned a pair bigger than 16s, so I don't know.

16s. and i dont know i have not seen a lot of the wheels on cars so i was looking for pix to help. new to the 3 club i like a nice lip. and wide tires. i like the m5 wheels on my 540 and have liked most bbs wheels i have seen. not much for the ricer look.
