Selling the N52 and transmission from my 1M clone build that I recently totaled. (extensive rocker damage)
This engine has been WONDERFUL to me, never once has had an issue, always babied by me. It is custom tuned to 248whp which is 50whp over the original figure, all while still maintaining 27mpg on the highway.
I have receipts for ALL parts with dates.
This swap has been done into the E36 chassis with the addition of z4 motor mount arms and a custom trans brace and modified harness, should also be doable into the E30 chassis with little modification. The engine/trans and AA headers did fit into the E36 without clearance issues!

The engine and transmission currently have 147k miles, with oil being changed every 3k miles since 100k miles (when I acquired the car) with BMW 5W-30 and genuine oil filters. This engine doesn’t leak or burn any oil. And yes I have receipts for every oil change 🙂
The DME has a selection of three custom dyno tunes.
1. 93 tune - 248whp 207wtq (pictured dyno sheet VS 3 stage manifold N52)
2. E85 tune - 256whp 217wtq
3. E85 burble tune - 256whp 217wtq
below I will list the maintenance I have performed and the modifications I have done and what is included with the sale. This motor doesnt leak a drop and makes excellent power. Southern car, no corrosion or rust.
MAINTENANCE: (all performed in the past 10k miles)
• OEM Oil filter housing gasket
• OEM Valve cover gasket
• OEM Valvetronic motor gasket
• OEM Intake manifold gaskets
• OEM Exhaust manifold gaskets
• OEM Vanos solenoid O-rings
• OEM Oil pan gasket & bolt kit
• OEM PCV valve
• Four OEM O2 sensors ($510 - replaced last week)
• Brisk race plugs ($130 - replaced last week)
• Prior NGK R plugs at 130k miles*
• Six OEM coil packs ($210 replaced last week)
• PCV plumbing
• K&N filter (airbox and piping will be included)
• ECS magnetic drain plug
• (6) OEM Bosch coil packs (installed last week)
• OE ContiTech serpentine belt kit
• Transmission fluid flush just performed last month with redline
PERFORMANCE:
• AA catless headers
• N54 intake manifold
• N54 throttle body
• Brisk race plugs
• ECS billet oil filter cap
• Mishimoto silicone intake couplers
• S65 fuel injectors
INCLUDED:
You will receive a FULL long block, AA catless headers, harness, accessories, reservoirs, tuned DME with coding cable + OBDII port from the car, tuning software and all three tunes, 6 speed transmission, shifter assembly, trans wiriing if needed, driveshaft, clutch/flywheel!
Price includes AA catless headers but those can be replaced with original catted manifolds to bring the price down.
I can also include a brand new uninstalled Valeo single mass flywheel conversion kit with sprung disk and non-self adjusting pessure plate for an additional amount.
