Has anyone found and/or installed a stereo head unit that looks real close to oem in fit and finish?

There are few out there who have installed head units that look very similar, I know my alpine head unit had the same red tone colors to it and my kenwood. The only thing I care about is the color of red looking about the same as the dash..
