What going on in the last picture? That area looks fine in all of the other pics,

Seems like some lowlife relieved him of the stereo and jacked the dash in the process .
Other pics the dash has been swapped .

I had a pioneer avic n1 nav and the brain was velcro'd to the top of the abs brain. The quickest way to get the cable out was to destroy the dash. They even kept my alarm after they removed it.

The drivers seat was like that when i bought the car. The previous owner spray painted it with high temp appliance paint while it was still in the car. There was overspray everywhere. I'm trying to find a m3 rear bench before i have everything re rapped.

Brand new OEM e30 dashboard.

well i hate to ask since this thread is about a million years old, but since it's here, does anyone know if BMW makes the glove box door anymore?
I'm just imagining someday when I've 'made it' dropping a grand on a new dash and console and glovebox. but if any of the pieces didn't match... oh man.

15Michaeljoseph, yep glovebox is still available. As well as back side of central console. Unfortunately I can't find anywhere front part of console, it has been discontinued two years ago.

Very nice! Too bad the price is so high. .

With the rapid increase in E30 parts prices over the last 5 years, $550 for a new dash seems incredibly cheap (if BMW even made them anymore).
