How to detach backrest cable?

I am stripping front seat to get it re-trimmed.
And stuck with the mechanism of backrest folding.

Does anyone know how to detach this cable properly?

There is a small lip that is pressed down to prevent the head of the cable from sliding off. You need to use something such as a small screw-driver to pry that little bit up just enough so that you can unclip the head of the cable. (make sure to push it back down when re-installing)
The white plastic part is then removed by pressing on a very small tab on the top-rear of the clip while pushing it upwards.

I've uncliped this cable head, but was not sure if the plastic part could be removed.
