No start with key on M30 e30?

I've had a M30-swapped E30 for a little over a year now and the other day I was driving it to work when I noticed some of the gauges in the cluster stopped working about 3 minutes into my drive. I got coffee like 10 minutes later and shut off the car to take a photo. After that the car wouldn't start. I suspected a dead battery but couldn't jump it. I was able to push start the car so I suspected the starter.

But then I was able to start it by putting a wire to pins 11/14. I tried a known-working ignition coil and main relay.

Any ideas? When I insert the key and try to start it the cluster lights and gas gauge turn on but that's about it. No cranking or anything else unless I jump pins 11/14. I had a shop check the wires on the ignition tumbler.

SOLVED. It was fuse 10. It was really hard to tell but it had the smallest break.
