S54 swap cooling problems

Hello, fellas. I have a problem with the cooling of my Е30 which has an engine with S54 B 32 and air conditioning. I use a water radiator from the E 30 324 TD, I put a 16 inch cooling fan in front, but the car overheat in urban and extra-urban driving. I replaced a water pump and a thermostat, I mounted a small electric water pump But the situation is the same. Please share how you handle the cooling of this engine. Thank you
