Trouble with "Bmmmw"

I agreed to buy a m50 e34 oil pan, pickup tube, dipstick and 413 ECU from
"Bmmmw" for an agreed price about a month ago.
It took him a while to reply with a shipping confirmation, so I pm'd about possibly holding the ECU and refunding me any more since I plan to go OBD2 and already have the ECU I need now.
He agreed to refund me for it and and then he finnaly shipped out my parts.

I've been waiting about 3-4 weeks for the refund on the ECU I haven't received and I've also just noticed I didn't receive a pickup tube in the package with the oil pan and dipstick.

Although this isn't a huge ordeal, I'm a bit disappointed I didn't get the pickup tube and refund for the ECU.

Process:

Advance search Bmmmw > see 16 posts > do not enter transaction with unproven user

Reasoning: could be troll, could be idiot, could be scam

New information: took seller one month to respond. Red flag? YES.

What do I draw from this? If you'd done your research you'd know what you were dealing with

Where do you go from here? Just buy a freaking pickup tube from a reputable website instead of some moron.

1. I believe I sent payment on 2-3rd and he replied saying he shipped the parts on the 13th.
2. I responded to his fs add.
3. Pickup tube was specifically mentioned in the deal.
