Hello Mid Atlantic E30ers!
(I will be making these posts in all North American region sections, so don't be surprised if you see a very similar post in other regions).
With the E30 CCA Oktoberfest 2017 event fast approaching, we here on the media team aim to promote our event as widely as possible to get as many E30 owners together for a weekend of food, fun, and track time as we can. In order to do this, we are attempting to compile a list of Facebook groups nation-wide so that we can share links, updates, and details about the event both to as many people as possible and on a platform that is very common-ground for many of us in the community. You can help by posting your local E30 Facebook groups/connections here so that we can get in contact with those groups and their admins, and share the aforementioned information directly. A few details about the event:
-The even begins October 13th and runs over the weekend through the 15th. We will be camping out the whole weekend and enjoying good food, good beer, and great conversation.
-Food (excluding breakfast cruises and drives to eateries outside of the event) is provided and included in your registration fee.
-This year we are at Concord Speedway in North Carolina, and an autocross course will be set up on said track and will be accessible to those who register for that element of the event (there are reduced rates for those who don't want to participate in the track event, though spectating is of course free).
I figured since I am native to the Mid Atlantic (/South Eastern) region I would start here with you all and the Southeast. I am closely affiliated with North Carolina E30 Group, so I have them covered. Please help us out by filling in the gaps work your respective areas!
