would it be any slower to cancel the order and just order from another vendor?

I've used their front coilover conversion before and they seem to be the only guys that carry that particular sleeve/ collar combo. It uses a grub screw to hold the collar in place as opposed to two collars that you jam together with special wrenches. I should have just called Ground Control but I already had the springs and rear height adjusters.

I make it a point not to order from IE in case of emergencies... They don't really sell things you'd need in a hot minute either. Deciding to do upgrades shouldn't be impulsive. Outside of that, I never really have any problems with IE.

If you need something the next day, you e-mail blunt.

Hmm... so ordering a set of the HD rockers with the car sitting on the lift in pieces might not have been a good idea?

Jeremy, the guy who finally called me back with a tracking number, was really helpful and informed me that the parts were shipped 3 day service.

Looks like they were having issues! IE is a great company, Everything I have bought from them is A++ quality, I am runnin there sway bars and I am very impressed they make them themselves. I know how you feel though, when you pay 500+ dollars for something and don't have it within 24 hours you will feel anxious and personally i wonder after 3+ days of no contact if i got ripped off. Reason i try and avoid buying from fleebay

Its funny you mention ebay, I've done about 5 transactions over the past two weeks from various vendors and all of them have arrived on time/ earlier than expected. Everyone has thier off days though.

I'm very happy with Jeff and the crew at IE.

In 10+ years I had never left their shop not being satisfied., be it through a purchase or a complaint., things were always taken care right there and then.

                          Many thanks.

Ireland Engineering kicks ass. They have always been EXCELLENT to deal with and have always taken great care of me. In the 7 or so years I have been buying from them I have never had any issues. Between myself and my work I have easily spent thousands of dollars at IE!

                            Thanks guys!
