if you want the best tires still made for 14 inch rims you need to downgrade the size to 195 60 14 and get some star specs.
thats 112 plus shipping which is a lot for tire rack. definitely expensive considering they dont last long.
however, if you can get azeni 615s for 65 somewhere that would be the cheapest best tires on earth.

I have some falken 512s in 195 65 14 and they handle great but nothing like azenis would. they wear out very quick
lowering your tire size will lower your 0-60 times but also lower your top speed and mpg.
