    Very clean! I love it.
So what needs to be done to tuck the wires in the engine bay?
Just extend a few of the plugs and run it through the fender?

i cut all wires, extended them all, labeled them all, and re soldered them directly to the wiring loom.
i took about a week to do at night after work.

I made a digital volt meter.

Credit is goes to Atlant, I just tweaked his idea.
And George graves idea on the light output of the plastic.

Very cool DIY. How much polishing did it take to get the button clear?

                    Awesome.
One problem some people have is spending more time reading stuff on r3v then actually doing stuff on there cars.

                    Now get back to work.

True! but is dificult when people made thread like yours. Have you plan on do steering rack swap?

I purchased a e36 steering rack and spare steering kunckle to modify on the bench.
I prefer driving with no power steering and I had a chance to drive a friends car with an e36 steering rack with no power steering and the increase in effort of the closer ratio plus the smaller steering wheel Was Pretty tough.
                          So I sold it.

So after the recent weight reduction mods, I had the car weighed.
                            • 2,460 lbs
                            • no driver
                            • a little over half a tank of gas

                            im happy with that.
