Clean it up and paint it, and you'll make a fortune.

Poor anglular transitions. Grouping at the flange is um.. not pretty at all.

Here's some pics with a T4 and T3/T4. It fits right in without having to remove the A/C.

This the first attempt on making one for the six.

I have one more to make hopefully it will come out better.
          Thanks for the replies everyone.

you don't make one for a m42 do ya? I was planning on doing mine but I have to wait till summer to have time to fab one...so if you have them for a m42 then I can put my garrett t3 on sooner

The collector can be made 99% better and nicer, and i don't like the bend on #4 cyl.

Exept that i think it's okay, and would work okay on a engine using a turbo that will spool no mather what, eg. T3.

Perhaps you could take som inspiration and ideas from this mainfold, for your next one. ( They only get better with time, like whiskey :P )

Yes I agree Peppe and have looked at your manifold quite a few times and the first one you had on for the HX40, also seen a few on PPF website.
I made these for fun and to get better at welding. The next one I will make the collector first then work around that.
Here's the last one with 1200 degree paint.

Improvement! Excause my english, im swede.

                  - Well, don't stare atm my first mainfold that i bought cause that sheit did not fitt in the car att all, and it was absolutley junk.

I like your ideas about the collector! Start there and then work your way down.
