M20 Turbo Oil Drain Pan Fitting Location!?!?!

Please advise me to where the fitting needs to be placed. I welded one in without thinking...ye ik best idea ever. I cant figure out where would be a better place to re-weld it. From what i can tell that whole side will be submerged in oil because the motor sits at an angle.

As high as possible taking the oil pan bolts into consideration. I had mine put on the block just above the pan.
