Posting up what your expectations are and budget would get better results. There are many shells/projects sitting out there but their owners get tired of everyone wanting an m3 only for it to turn into a tire kicking when expectations/realities don't match up.

I shockingly enough found one within 5 miles from my house sitting outside. I plan on making a couple of stops to see if they are interested in selling. Looks neglected for some time but my hopes are not high that they will sell.
It would have good stable mates regardless.
